Absolutely fantastic! The passion fruit pavlova was incredibly and clearly made with great care and attention to detail. EXCITING news!! Recently some of our pastries and viennoiserie unexpectedly made their way to a business meeting with none other than Chef Gordon Ramsay. We then were gifted this photo, none of this was sollicited! Chef Ramsay’s feedback? “Crémeux A+”!

For us, heritage matters. French pâtisserie is about more than flair—it’s about honoring the foundations of French pastry when innovating, overall honoring tradition and the Classics. Each pastry is a challenge, a chance to meet the high standards these timeless pastries demand. We are so thrilled Chef Ramsay recognized our dedication to this craft.

We carefully select our ingredients and utilize classic methods to make sure our pastries match the Parisian standard. All our pastries are made on-site each day to ensure quality.

About Us

Being of French descent, I spent my childhood in my Grand-Parents’ kitchen, appreciating the finesse of traditional French gastronomy – my calling made itself obvious early on! After attending l’Ecole Francaise de Gastronomie in Paris to study French pastry, I went on to work and continue learning under renowned French pastry chefs producing pastries that are perfectly balanced, and not too sweet. My goal was always to learn how to blend traditional French pastry with Innovation. I then decided to bring my passion back home to New Hampshire to offer delicious pastries, which are authentic in ingredients and techniques, but I did not want to stop at just that.

Here you will also enjoy authentic French gourmet coffees and teas in a cozy café setting, as well as my family’s favorite chocolates which are -of course- from Belgium, as Belgian chocolates are indeed the best in the world! These are the flavors and experiences that I know and want to share.

Leonidas Belgian Chocolates

We are often asked if we make the beautiful chocolates on display. Our reply is simple: we could not top a Belgian Royal seal holder chocolatier such as Leonidas, it would be pointless to try.

Each country owns its coffee and tea culture.

We are proud to offer our family’s favorite organic coffee. It is incredibly smooth and a French favorite.

Tea lovers? We are Happily serving the pioneers of the French Art of Tea. With hundreds of years to define and refine French tea time, Mariage Frères teas are smooth, balanced and sophisticated.
